Terms and Conditions – Mohan Krishna Travels

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends, festivals, and peak seasons.
Final pricing depends on vehicle type, seating capacity, distance, duration, and travel requirements.
Toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and entry charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Driver working hours and duty time will be as per the agreed trip schedule.
Night halt charges for drivers (if applicable) will be additional.
Customers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during travel.
Vehicle usage is strictly limited to the agreed itinerary and duration. Any extra usage may attract additional charges.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
The company will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
Cancellation policies and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to company policy.
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues, delays may occur. We request customers’ cooperation in such situations.
Mohan Krishna Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.
